This exciting class introduces young learners to the awesome world of Taekwondo in a fun and active way! Your students will kick, punch, and block their way through dynamic moves like the front kick, roundhouse, jab, and cross, all while building strength, flexibility, and agility. With games and structured exercises, they’ll develop discipline, respect, and sportsmanship, guided by our friendly instructors in a safe and positive environment. LEARNING GOALS Goal one Demonstrate core stances like the guard stance and back stance. Goal two Perform front and side kicks with accuracy and speed. Goal three Use proper breathing to help improve your punches. Goal four Learn timing and distance to defend yourself effectively. Goal five Practise traditional Taekwondo forms to boost your balance and coordination. Goal six Show respect, discipline, and courtesy, both in martial arts and everyday life.
